Peter Ormston - Director 
LLB, FCIArb, Panel Appointed Adjudicator
Peter is a highly experienced and legally qualified commercial manager, quantity surveyor and dispute advisor. He has considerable experience in the review of projects in distress and in the recommendation and initiation of actions for recovery: focussing where possible on dispute avoidance.
He advises major UK and international organisations on a variety of matters ranging from pre-contract advisory roles, including contract review, drafting and negotiation through to providing dispute avoidance, recovery and resolution services.
In the dispute resolution arena, Peter is skilled in the preparation and defence of claims for additional time and cost and in domestic adjudications he has represented parties in more than 150 adjudications.
Peter, in his international role, has and continues to provide support on major multi national arbitrations, adjudications and mediations.
He regularly undertakes in-house and public training sessions on all forms of domestic and international contracts including JCT, NEC,ICE,IChemE and FIDIC
Diane Ormston - Director 
Diane joined the company in 2015 having worked within finance for the NHS for over 10 years. She has a vast amount of experience and a proven ability to produce high quality work in a wide variety of finance roles. Her role in Ormston Consult incorporates many areas of the business including responsibility for all areas of finance, office management and the coordination of our public seminars.
