The "Essential Elements of a Successful Claim”. was the last Free Breakfast Briefings for 2017, and was held at the Birchwood Golf Club in Birchwood, Warrington on Thursday 16 November 2017.

Claims are seen as being contentious (and they often are!)

Peter explored how we can best help ourselves in preparing robust claims so that we are best placed to get paid the amounts we deserve and be awarded a proper extension of time.
